2. Data collected on this website

  • This website is a showcase site. It contains no sign-up form, no advertising cookie and no third-party tracker.
  • Pages are served statically by the edge infrastructure of Cloudflare, Inc., which processes technical connection data (IP address, timestamp) in order to deliver pages and secure the service.
  • No third-party audience measurement tool is installed.

3. Data collected in the apps

  • Each app has its own policy, describing precisely the data that app processes. Those policies are accessible from the Settings screen of the respective app.
  • No Bisse Studio app uses an advertising network. No data is sold or shared with third parties for advertising purposes.

4. Legal basis and retention

  • Technical connection data served by the edge infrastructure is retained by Cloudflare under its own terms and retention periods.
  • No data is used for marketing purposes. You may at any time request deletion of your data, by email or directly within the app.

5. Your rights

  • Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP), you may request access to, rectification of, erasure of, or portability of your data.
  • You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.

6. Minors

  • Bisse Studio apps are not intended for children under thirteen years of age.

7. Governing law

  • These rules are governed by Swiss law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Sion (Valais).
